Examples of Senior Subordinated Note Indenture in a sentence
With respect to any borrowing made by any Subsidiary Borrower, a certificate of the Borrower to the effect that such borrowing will not give rise to an Event of Default under the Bridge Loan Agreement (if any) or the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture or under any other Subordinated Debt permitted hereunder and dated as of the date of such borrowing shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent.
The obligations of each Subsidiary Guarantor under the applicable Guarantee and Collateral Agreement constitute "Guarantor Senior Indebtedness" of such Subsidiary Guarantor under and as defined in the Existing Subordinated Note Indenture, the Bridge Loan Agreement (if any) and the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture (if any).

Senior Subordinated Note Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of February 12, 1998, between Magellan and Bank One Trust Company, N.A, as trustee, and all documents and instruments related thereto, as amended or modified from time to time pursuant to which the Senior Subordinated Notes were issued.
The Obligations constitute "Senior Indebtedness" of the Borrower under and as defined in the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture.
