Senior Secured Notes Documents definition

Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and the other transaction documents referred to therein (including the related guarantee, the notes and the notes purchase agreement).

Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture, the Senior Secured Notes Guarantees, the Senior Secured Notes, the Intercreditor Arrangements, any supplemental indenture, any security document relating to the Senior Secured Notes and/or the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and any other document that may be entered into pursuant to any of the foregoing.

Senior Secured Notes Documents means any and all agreements and guaranties relating to the Senior Secured Notes, including but not limited to the Senior Secured Notes and the Senior Secured Notes Indenture, as amended, restated, modified and/or supplemented or refinanced with Refinancing Indebtedness on or prior to the Closing Date, and as the same may be further amended, restated, modified and/or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Examples of Senior Secured Notes Documents in a sentence

• It is acknowledged and agreed that (without prejudice to the extension of the Secured Obligations to any other Indebtedness from time to time included within the definition thereof) as at the date hereof, the Secured Obligations shall include: (a) all Liabilities under the Senior Facilities Agreement; and (b) all Liabilities under the Senior Secured Notes Documents.

Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture including the guarantees set out therein, and the Senior Secured Notes;

Senior Secured Notes Documents means, collectively, the Senior Secured Notes, the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and all other agreements, instruments, documents and certificates executed and/or delivered in connection therewith (including any and all collateral documents), as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Senior Secured Notes Intercreditor Agreement.
