Subordinated Note Indenture definition

Subordinated Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of the Closing Date, among the Borrower, the guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York, as trustee, pursuant to which the Subordinated Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 10.7(b).
Subordinated Note Indenture means that certain Indenture dated as of December 15, 2001 by and among the Borrower, all of its Subsidiaries and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas formerly known as Bankers Trust Company in respect of the Borrower's 9-1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011, as the same may be amended from time to time to the extent permitted hereunder.
