Subordinated Note Indenture definition

Subordinated Note Indenture means that certain Indenture dated as of December 15, 2001 by and among the Borrower, all of its Subsidiaries and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas formerly known as Bankers Trust Company in respect of the Borrower's 9-1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011, as the same may be amended from time to time to the extent permitted hereunder.
Subordinated Note Indenture means each of (a) the Indenture dated as of May --------------------------- 22, 1998 among the Company (then known as United Rentals, Inc.), various Subsidiaries of the Company and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Company issued U.S.$200,000,000 of Subordinated Debt, (b) the Indenture dated as August 12, 1998 among the Company, various Subsidiaries of the Company and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Company issued U.S.$205,000,000 of Subordinated Debt, (c) the Indenture dated as of December 15, 1998 among the Company, various Subsidiaries of the Company and State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Company issued U.S.$300,000,000 of Subordinated Debt, and (d) the Indenture dated as of March 23, 1999 among the Company, various Subsidiaries of the Company and The Bank of New York, as Trustee, pursuant to which the Company issued U.S.$250,000,000 of Subordinated Debt.
