Senior Secured Notes definition

Senior Secured Notes means $4,500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Borrower’s and Co-Issuer’s 3.875% senior secured notes due 2029 issued pursuant to the Senior Secured Notes Indenture on October 15, 2021.
Senior Secured Notes means the 10 3/4% Senior Secured Notes due 2009 issued pursuant to the terms of the Senior Secured Note Indenture, as such notes may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and hereof.
Senior Secured Notes means 5.125% senior secured notes due 2027 issued by the Borrower, as Issuer, on the Closing Date.

More Definitions of Senior Secured Notes

Senior Secured Notes means the Original Senior Secured Notes and any other notes, exchange notes, debt securities or other debt instruments that may be issued by a Senior Secured Notes Issuer that:
Senior Secured Notes means (a) the senior secured notes due 2018 in an aggregate principal amount of US$275,000,000 issued by the Borrower on the Closing Date in a public offering or in a Rule 144A or other private placement and (b) any substantially identical senior notes that are registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and issued in exchange for the senior notes described in clause (a) of this definition.
Senior Secured Notes means the 9.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 and the 8.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2016 issued by CEDC Finance Corporation International, Inc.
Senior Secured Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Recital A hereof.
Senior Secured Notes means the 10% senior secured notes issued by the Parent pursuant to the Note Indenture in the aggregate principal amount of $242,000,000 which mature June 28, 2017.
Senior Secured Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
Senior Secured Notes means the Senior Secured 2019 Notes and Senior Secured 2021 Notes.
