Subordinated Debentures definition

Subordinated Debentures means the $_________ aggregate principal amount of the Depositor's Series _____ % Subordinated Debentures due _____, _____ issued pursuant to the Subordinated Debenture Indenture.
Subordinated Debentures means any subordinated debentures (which debentures shall be subordinated to the Obligations on terms satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) issued by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries on or prior to the Closing Date (or, in the case only of the Borrower or GAFRI, after the Closing Date as contemplated by Section 7.13(c)) to AAG Trust, American Financial Capital Trust I or any other trust or similar entity controlled by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

Subordinated Debentures means the Series A Debentures and the Series B Debentures.
