Note Indenture definition

Note Indenture means the Note Indenture dated as of May 17, 2001, between the Note Issuer and the Note Trustee, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.
Note Indenture means the note indenture between InterRent Trust and the Note Trustee providing for the issuance of the Notes;
Note Indenture means the trust indenture entered into between COT and the Note Trustee for the issuance of the Notes by COT. “Note Trustee” means the trustee under the Note Indenture, including any successor trustee thereunder.

More Definitions of Note Indenture

Note Indenture. The indenture, dated as of closing of the issuance of the Reference Notes, between Counterparty and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee relating to the Reference Notes, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented. Certain defined terms used herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Note Indenture.
Note Indenture means the note indenture dated October 3, 2006 between TB Trust and Computershare Trust Company of Canada, as note indenture trustee which provides for the creation and issuance of the TB Notes (as defined therein), and any indenture supplemental thereto.
Note Indenture or “this Note Indenture” means this instrument as originally executed and, as from time to time supplemented or amended by one or more indentures supplemental hereto entered into pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof, as so supplemented or amended, or both, and shall include the forms and terms of the Notes established hereunder.
