Safeguard Instruments definition

Safeguard Instruments means, collectively, the ESMF, the ESMP(s), and the EHCWMP, and “Safeguard Instrument” means any of such Safeguard Instruments.
Safeguard Instruments means the ESMF, the RPF, and all Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, related EMPs, and Resettlement Plans for the Project.

  • If any activities proposed for inclusion in the Project would, pursuant to the Social and Environmental Safeguard Frameworks, require one or more Supplemental Social and Environmental Safeguard Instruments, the Recipient shall prepare and furnish, together with such proposed work plan, a draft of each such Supplemental Social and Environmental Safeguard Instrument.

  • In case of any inconsistencies between the provisions of any of the Safeguard Instruments and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

  • Completion and submission of the Research Dissertation/ term paper is a pre-condition for appearing at Semester IV Examination.

More Definitions of Safeguard Instruments

Safeguard Instruments means the RPF, ESMF and any RAP, ESMP and ESIA prepared under the Project.
Safeguard Instruments means the RPF and EMP for the Project.
Safeguard Instruments means collectively the Environmental and Social Safeguards Due Diligence Checklist and the ESMP, and any ancillary safeguards instruments required, as needed, pursuant to the ESMP.

Safeguard Instruments means, collectively, the Environmental Management Framework; each Environmental Audit Report and Environmental and Social Management Plan which may be prepared with respect to an Infrastructure Investment in accordance with the provisions of the EMF, if any; the Social Management Framework including its Resettlement Policy Framework, its Labor Management Framework; its Gender Development Framework, and its Stakeholder Participation and Community Engagement Framework; each Infrastructure Investment ESIA, Resettlement Action Plan, Gender Action Plan and Labor Management Plan which may be prepared with respect to an Infrastructure Investment in accordance with the provisions of the SMF, if any; and the Stakeholder Participation and Community Engagement Framework.
Safeguard Instruments means, collectively, the Environmental and Social Management Framework and the Resettlement Policy Framework, and any additional safeguard instruments including Environmental Management Plans and/or Resettlement Action Plans, to be prepared in accordance with the ESMF and RPF with respect to activities under the Project, as said instrument may be revised from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Bank, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to such.
