Resettlement Policy Framework definition

Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework adopted by the Recipient on January 20, 2011, setting forth, inter alia, a brief description of the Project and components for which land acquisition and Resettlement are required, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the process for preparing and approving site-specific Resettlement Action Plans.
Resettlement Policy Framework and the acronym “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework, satisfactory to the World Bank, dated October 15, 2008, as such framework may be amended from time to time by agreement of the Recipient and the World Bank, which sets out, inter alia, the principles and objectives of the RPF, the institutional and implementation arrangements, the requirements of a resettlement action plan including, the eligibility criteria for assistance and rehabilitation entitlements, as well as the monitoring and reporting arrangements to ensure compliance with the provisions of the RPF.
Resettlement Policy Framework means the resettlement policy framework prepared and disclosed by the Project Implementing Entity on January 25, 2011, pursuant to paragraph 8 of Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement defining the modalities for acquiring and allocating land, resettlement and rehabilitation of displaced persons.

Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF”means the Recipient’s document, dated July 2005, setting forth, inter alia, guidelines, procedures, timetables and other specifications of the resettlement to be carried out and / or compensation to be made under the Project to Affected Persons and referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the framework dated January 2004, outlining the measures related to land acquisition, resettlement and rehabilitation under the Project, and referred to in Paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Resettlement Policy Framework means the Recipient’s framework, dated December 17, 2010, agreed with the Association and adopted pursuant to the Recipient’s Decision No. 125/TTg-KTN dated January 26, 2011, setting out mitigation, enhancement, monitoring, and institutional measures, including capacity building through training, to carry out acquisition of land and related assets under the Project and compensation, resettlement, and rehabilitation of Project Affected Persons, as the same may be modified from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to such framework.
Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the Recipient's policy framework to be prepared, disclosed and adopted pursuant to Section I.F.1(a)(ii) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as said Framework may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of the Association.
Resettlement Policy Framework means the Resettlement Policy Framework, to be adopted by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.01 (e), which sets out a framework of principles and procedures governing land acquisition, resettlement and compensation, as well as reporting and monitoring arrangements to ensure compliance with said framework, as said framework may be revised from time to time with the agreement of the Association;

Resettlement Policy Framework means a document adopted by the Borrower which sets forth policies and procedures to be followed in case of land acquisition and/or resettlement which might be required for carrying out of a Sub-project, including the requirements for preparation of land acquisition plans or resettlement action plans; and such document constitutes an integral part of the Operational Manual.
