Commodities Accounts definition

Commodities Accounts. (i) shall mean all “commodity accounts” as defined in Article 9 of the UCC and (ii) shall include, without limitation, all of the accounts listed on Schedule 4.4 under the heading “Commodities Accounts” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).

• The Collateral Agent agrees with the Loan Parties that it will not give or deliver any notice of exclusive control or similar notice or any Entitlement Order or other instruction, pursuant to any control agreement relating to Deposit Accounts, Securities Accounts or Commodities Accounts constituting Collateral or otherwise with respect to Collateral unless an Event of Default has occurred and is then continuing.

More Definitions of Commodities Accounts

Commodities Accounts means all "commodity accounts" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC.
