Securities Accounts definition

Securities Accounts. (i) shall mean all “securities accounts” as defined in Article 8 of the UCC and (ii) shall include, without limitation, all of the accounts listed on Schedule 4.4(A) under the heading “Securities Accounts” (as such schedule may be amended or supplemented from time to time).
Securities Accounts means all present and future “securities accounts” (as defined in Article 8 of the UCC), including all monies, “uncertificated securities,” and “securities entitlements” (as defined in Article 8 of the UCC) contained therein.
Securities Accounts means securities accounts maintained by Depositors with CDP but does not include securities sub-accounts;

  • No arrangement contemplated hereby or by any Control Agreement in respect of any Deposit Account, Securities Accounts or other Investment Property shall be modified by Borrower without the prior written consent of Agent.

  • Set forth on Schedule 5.15 (as updated from time to time to reflect changes permitted under this Agreement) is a listing of all of the Loan Parties’ and their Subsidiaries’ Deposit Accounts and Securities Accounts constituting Collateral, including, with respect to each bank or securities intermediary (a) the name and address of such Person, and (b) the account numbers of the Deposit Accounts or Securities Accounts maintained with such Person.
