Safeguards Instruments definition

Safeguards Instruments means collectively, the ESMF, MWMP, and SA, and “Safeguards Instrument” means any of such Safeguards Instruments.

Safeguards Instruments means, collectively, the Environmental and Social Management Framework, the Land Acquisition and Resettlement Framework, the Environmental Management Plan, and any Additional Environmental Management Plans.
