Safeguards Instruments definition

Safeguards Instruments means the ESMF, the RPF and any Supplemental Social and
Safeguards Instruments means the ESMF, the RPF and any Supplemental Social and Environmental Safeguard Instruments.
Safeguards Instruments means, collectively, the Environmental and Social Management Framework, the Land Acquisition and Resettlement Framework, the Environmental Management Plan, and any Additional Environmental Management Plans.

Safeguards Instruments means, collectively, the ESMF, EMPs, RAPs; each a “Safeguards Instrument”.
