Credit Support Instruments definition

Credit Support Instruments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(a).
Credit Support Instruments means any letters of credit, performance bonds, surety bonds (including, with respect to the surety bonds, letters of credit and performance bonds set forth on Schedule 1.1(a), the allocable portion of the surety bonds, letters of credit and performance bonds as set forth on Schedule 1.1(b)), bankers acceptances, or other similar arrangements.
Credit Support Instruments means any letters of credit, performance bonds, surety bonds, bankers acceptances, or other similar arrangements.

  • The Steering Committee shall dissolve at such time as there are no Remaining Parent Credit Support Instruments and no Remaining Specified Contracts.

Credit Support Instruments means surety bonds, covenants, indemnities, undertakings, letters of credit or similar assurances or other credit support.
