Roof Equipment definition

Roof Equipment means the solar power generating panels and other related equipment located on the Roof Area, including, but not limited to, one or more inverters, which is used for the generation, metering and distribution of electricity from the Project, and includes such equipment as is required to secure, support, maintain and protect the solar power generating panels.
Roof Equipment means miscellaneous equipment including, but not limited to, antennae, HVAC units, satellite dishes, and related equipment, which equipment shall be subject to Landlord’s prior approval.
Roof Equipment means not more than one (1) mounting pole, together with up to twelve (12) antennae or other related telecommunication equipment installed on such mounting pole, plus any reasonable equipment, cabling and wiring necessary to operate such antennae or other telecommunication equipment. The Roof Equipment, in each instance, shall be in a size approved by Landlord, which approval shall be in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion.”

More Definitions of Roof Equipment

Roof Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 32 of this Lease.
Roof Equipment. As defined in Section 9.7.
Roof Equipment means any equipment that is placed on the Roof by or on behalf of Licensee for Licensee's use, including but not limited to such things as satellite dishes, antenna, and HVAC units. Licensee shall not place any equipment of any kind on the Roof without the prior written consent of Licensor in each instance, and compliance by Licensee with all requirements of this Agreement. Roof Equipment which Licensor has authorized Licensee to place on the Roof shall only be placed at those locations on the Roof which have been approved in writing by Licensor. Pursuant to this Agreement, Licensor consents to Licensee placing on the Roof the Roof Equipment described on Exhibit A hereto at the location on the Roof described on Exhibit A. Licensee shall comply with all requirements of this Agreement in connection with the installation, operation, maintenance and removal of said Roof Equipment. In the event that Licensee desires to add additional Roof Equipment to the Roof at a future date, Licensor and Licensee shall execute an additional agreement for such additional Roof Equipment or an addendum to this Agreement. This Agreement is for a term that commences and expires at the same time as the aforesaid Lease, unless sooner terminated as provided herein. In the event that the Lease contains renewal options, and such renewal options are exercised, the term of this Agreement shall automatically be extended to coincide with such renewal term. Licensee's rights to occupy any portion of the Roof pursuant to this Agreement shall automatically terminate on the date the Lease terminates for any reason. Licensee shall use the Roof only for its own use and shall not have the right to allow other companies to use the Roof, Licensor reserves the right to use those portions of the Roof that are not being used by Licensee.

Related to Roof Equipment

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Installed means attached or connected such that an item requires tools for removal.

  • Signage means advertising displays, hoardings, Glow signs, neon signs, LED signs, LCD signs, any digital signs, any sort of display intended to convey information and described in the schedule.

  • Antenna means communications equipment that transmits or receives electromagnetic radio frequency signals used in the provision of wireless services.

  • Roof means a non-porous cover for a structure such as (by way of example and not limitation) Lexan barriers or shingles but not a shade trellis, ivy or other open or porous material that may also be used as a cover.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Install means the complete installation of any item, equipment or material.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and documentation for a system of manufactured factory-built structures or buildings or for a type or a system of building components, including but not limited to: structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or plumbing systems, and including such variations thereof as are specifically permitted by regulation, and which variations are submitted as part of the building system or amendment thereof.

  • Item of Equipment means each item of the Equipment.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • University premises means buildings or grounds owned, leased, operated, controlled, or supervised by Wayne State University or Wayne Housing Authority.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
