Right to Stop Payment and Procedure for Doing So. If you have told us in advance to make regular payments out of your account, you can stop any of these payments by calling or writing us at the telephone number or address referenced below in this disclosure in time for us to receive your request three (3) business days or more before a payment is scheduled to be made. If you call, we may also require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within fourteen (14) days after you call. We will charge you according to the Schedule of Fees provided to you earlier in other documentation furnished when you opened your account(s) for each stop payment order you give.

Right to Stop Payment and Procedure for Doing So. You can place a stop payment on a recurring payment through our Audio Response Teller banking system, our Home Banking system, by writing to us at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, or you may ask us orally at least three (3) business days or more before the next payment from your account is scheduled to be made. If you call or tell us orally, we may also require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within fourteen (14) days after you call or the stop payment order will cease to be binding. We will charge you a fee for each stop payment order you give as set forth in our Fee Schedule. If you stop payment on a preauthorized payment from your account and that payment is a recurring debit, the stop payment applies only to that particular payment. You are not revoking authorization for the third party to receive the recurring payment. If you have requested to cancel the entire preauthorized payment authorization, you understand and agree that you must also contact the third party to cancel (revoke) the entire preauthorized payment authorization and provide us with a copy of your written revocation notice to the third party.

If the merchant or xxxx payment service provider with whom you have arranged recurring payments from your Account Number is unable or unwilling to stop your payment, you can call us at 1-86-NETSPEND/1-866-387-7363 or write us at: Netspend, X.X. Xxx 0000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000-0000 to request a stop on such payment. We must receive your request at least three (3) business days before the payment is scheduled to be made. Such a stop payment request will cancel a single, i.e., one (1), recurring payment. If you want to permanently stop all recurring payments to a specific merchant, then we require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within fourteen (14) days after you tell us you want to stop such payments. If the merchant or xxxx payment service provider with whom you have arranged recurring payments from your Card Number is unable or unwilling to stop your payment, you can call us at 1-86-NETSPEND/1-86-NETSPEND/1-866-387-7363 or log in to your Online Account Center at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx to request your Card to be cancelled, and to request a replacement Card. We must receive your request to cancel your Card at least three (3) business days before the payment is scheduled to be made. When you request a one-time stop-payment, RBFCU will stop that one payment, but not any subsequent payments you may have authorized the third party to make. If you wish to stop any payments other than the specific one (or series) you initially stopped payment, you will need to make a new stop-payment request. You must notify FSB in time for FSB to receive your request three business days or more before the payment is scheduled to be made. While we currently do not require a written confirmation, if you call, FSB reserves the right to require you to put your request in writing and get it to FSB within 14 days after your call. Your stop payment order will be effective until you cancel it. However, if FSB requires written confirmation and does not receive it, FSB may remove the oral stop payment order after 14 days. You must provide the exact amount of the payment you have stopped, as well as other identifying information which FSB will request. FSB may charge you a fee for each stop payment order you give.
