Right to Stop Payment and Procedure for Doing So. If you have arranged in advance to make regular payments from your Account, you can stop any of these payments. When you request a one-time stop-payment, RBFCU will stop that one payment, but not any subsequent payments you may have authorized the third party to make. When you request a recurring stop-payment, RBFCU will stop that series, but not any subsequent series of payments you may authorize the third party to make. If you wish to stop any payments other than the specific one (or series) you initially stopped payment, you will need to make a new stop-payment request. You may only initiate a stop payment by contacting us via calling or writing using the telephone number(s) or online address listed at the end of this Agreement and Disclosure. We must receive your stop-payment request at least three (3) business days before the payment is scheduled to be made. You will be charged for each stop payment order as set forth in our Truth in Savings Fee Schedule. For more information on stop payment procedures, please refer to the “Stop Payment” section within your Membership and Account Agreement.
