Interest. Interest shall accrue on the outstanding principal balance hereof at an annual rate equal to fourteen percent (14%) ("Interest Rate"). Interest shall be calculated on the basis of a 365-day year and the actual number of days elapsed, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Interest hereunder shall be paid on the Maturity Date (or sooner as provided herein) to the Holder or its assignee in whose name this Debenture is registered on the records of the Company regarding registration and transfers of Debentures at the option of the Company in cash, or, provided that the Equity Conditions are then satisfied converted into Common Stock at the applicable Conversion Price.

Interest. The unpaid principal amount of each Loan shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to (a) at any time such Loan is a LIBOR Loan, the LIBO Rate for each applicable Interest Period plus the Applicable Margin as in effect from time to time; and (b) at any time such Loan is a Base Rate Loan, the Base Rate as in effect from time to time; provided that if any principal of any Loan is not paid when due, upon acceleration or otherwise, such Loan shall bear interest from such due date to the date paid at a rate per annum equal to the greater of (i) the rate otherwise applicable thereto plus 2% or (ii) the Base Rate as in effect from time to time plus 2%. Interest shall be payable on each Interest Payment Date.

Interest (a) The Loans comprising each ABR Borrowing shall bear interest at the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin. (b) The Loans comprising each Eurocurrency Borrowing shall bear interest at the Adjusted LIBO Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Borrowing plus the Applicable Margin. (c) Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any principal of or interest on any Loan or any fee or other amount payable by the Applicable Borrower hereunder is not paid when due, whether at stated maturity, upon acceleration or otherwise, such overdue amount shall bear interest, after as well as before judgment, at a rate per annum equal to (i) in the case of overdue principal of any Loan, 2% plus the rate otherwise applicable to such Loan as provided in the preceding paragraphs of this Section 2.10 or (ii) in the case of any other amount, 2% plus the rate applicable to ABR Loans as provided in paragraph (a) of this Section 2.10. (d) Accrued interest on each Loan shall be payable in arrears on each Interest Payment Date for such Loan; provided that (i) interest accrued pursuant to paragraph (c) of this Section 2.10 shall be payable on demand, (ii) in the event of any repayment or prepayment of any Loan of any Class, accrued interest on the principal amount repaid or prepaid shall be payable on the date of such repayment or prepayment and (iii) in the event of any conversion of any Eurocurrency Loan prior to the end of the current Interest Period therefor, accrued interest on such Loan shall be payable on the effective date of such conversion. (e) All interest hereunder shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days, except that interest computed by reference to the Alternate Base Rate at times when the Alternate Base Rate is based on the Prime Rate shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 days (or 366 days in a leap year), and shall be payable for the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day). The applicable Alternate Base Rate, Adjusted LIBO Rate or LIBO Rate shall be determined by the Administrative Agent, and such determination shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

Interest. Any monetary payment due Lessor hereunder, other than late charges, not received by Lessor, when due as to scheduled payments (such as Base Rent) or within 30 days following the date on which it was due for non-scheduled payment, shall bear interest from the date when due, as to scheduled payments, or the 31st day after it was due as to non-scheduled payments. The interest (Interest) charged shall be computed at the rate of 10% per annum but shall not exceed the maximum rate allowed by law. Interest is payable in addition to the potential late charge provided for in Paragraph 13.4.

Interest. During the period commencing on the Original Issue Date and terminating on the Maturity Date, interest on the unpaid principal amount of this Note shall accrue at a rate equal to 7 3/4% per annum, compounded monthly, computed on the basis of actual days elapsed over a 360-day year, and shall be payable monthly (commencing on February 28, 2005 and thereafter on the 28th of each month) in cash up to and including the Maturity Date, subject to a ten (10) day grace period; provided that if a required interest payment is not paid within such ten (10) day grace period, interest shall be compounded from the date that such interest was due and payable without regard to such grace period.

Interest. The Note shall bear interest (Interest) equal to twenty-five (25%) percent per annum on the unpaid principal balance, computed on a three hundred and sixty-five (365) day year, during the term of the Note. The Maker shall pay all Interest on or before the Maturity Date. In no event shall the rate of Interest payable on this Note exceed the maximum rate of interest permitted to be charged under applicable law.

Interest. The Company promises to pay interest on the principal amount of this Security at the rate of 5.6% per annum. The Company will pay interest semi-annually on April 15 and October 15 of each year (each an Interest Payment Date), commencing April 15, 2005. Interest on the Securities will accrue from the most recent date to which interest has been paid or, if no interest has been paid on the Securities, from October 4, 2004. Interest will be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months. The Company shall pay interest (including post-petition interest in any proceeding under any applicable bankruptcy laws) on overdue installments of interest (without regard to any applicable grace period) and on overdue principal and premium, if any, from time to time on demand at the same rate per annum, in each case to the extent lawful.

Interest (a) Scheduled Interest. The Borrower shall pay interest on the unpaid principal amount of each Advance owing to each Lender from the date of such Advance until such principal amount shall be paid in full, at the following rates per annum:
