Home Banking Sample Clauses

The Home Banking clause defines the terms and conditions under which customers can access and use banking services remotely, typically via the internet or a mobile application. It outlines the procedures for logging in, security requirements such as passwords or two-factor authentication, and the types of transactions that can be performed, such as checking balances, transferring funds, or paying bills. This clause ensures that both the bank and the customer understand their rights and responsibilities regarding online banking, helping to allocate risk and clarify liability in the event of unauthorized access or errors.
