Residential property definition

Residential property means a property included in the valuation roll in terms of Section 48(2)(b) of the Property Rates Act 2004 as residential.
Residential property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Developed Property for which a building permit has been issued for purposes of constructing one or more residential dwelling units.
