Residential buildings definition

Residential buildings means premises that are actually intended or used primarily for residential or recre- ational purposes by the purchasers. [1992 c 191 § 2; 1979 c 158 § 208; 1973 1st ex.s. c 12 § 2.]
Residential buildings means site-built homes, modular homes, condominium units, mobile homes, manufactured housing, and duplexes, or other multi-unit dwellings consisting of four units or fewer that are currently in use or intended for use only for residential purposes.
Residential buildings means one family dwellings, two family dwellings, and multi-family housing three stories or less in height. “Residential buildings” shall not include hunting camps.
