Improved Lot definition

Improved Lot means any Lot upon which is located, found, placed, or constructed any Improvement. As applied to an Improved Lot, “Improvement” means all buildings, streets, roads, driveways, parking areas, fences, retaining and other walls, hedges, poles, docks, antennas and any other structure of any type or kind.
Improved Lot means a lot that has a substantially completed building or structure on it, and an associated substantially completed potable water supply and wastewater system that may or not be located on the lot.
Improved Lot means each tax parcel of land that has located thereon improvements such as a building, garage, shed, storage facility, or any other type of structure providing housing, storage, or any type of service of use. Improved Lots may have located thereon Residential Unit(s) and/or Non- Residential Unit(s).

Improved Lot means and refer to a lot upon which there has been constructed a residential unit for which a valid certificate of occupancy has been issued by applicable governmental authorities.
