Residential Blocks definition

Residential Blocks means the two blocks (namely, Block A and Block B) constructed or to be constructed within the Estate for residential purposes in accordance with the said lease and also comprising certain Common Areas and Facilities;
Residential Blocks means the residential blocks constructed or to be constructed within the Estate for private residential purposes in accordance with the said lease (comprising Residential Unit(s) on [1/F to 29/F] of BLOCK A and [5/F to 26/F] of BLOCK B above the podium and certain Common Areas and Facilities);
Residential Blocks means the residential blocks constructed or to be constructed within the Estate for private residential purposes together with such ancillary facilities in accordance with the said lease, and for the avoidance of doubt, the Residential Blocks shall not include such part forming part of the HA Accommodation erected within any such block;
