Examples of Units in a sentence
The undersigned xxxxxx agrees that his or her spouse may join in any future amendment, restatement, modification or supplement of the Operating Agreement without any further signature, acknowledgement, agreement or consent on the undersigned’s part; and further agrees that any interest which he or she may have in Units in the Company owned directly or beneficially by his or her spouse shall be subject to the provisions of the Operating Agreement.
The Members initially shall contribute capital as described in Exhibit 1 as a condition of the issuance of the respective Units indicated in Exhibit 1.
Students in grades 9-12 will have a goal of earning 32.5 credits with a minimum of 24 Units of Credit for graduation.
For purposes of this Agreement, a “majority-in- interest” shall mean consent or approval of those Members holding a majority of the Units eligible to vote on the respective matter.
Beginning in the year 2000, certain Units will be subject to Title IV of the Federal Clean Air Act for providing SO2 Allowances to cover related trading costs.
