Residential Motor Cycle Parking Spaces definition

Residential Motor Cycle Parking Spaces means the parking spaces in the Carpark provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(24)(c)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor cycles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374 of the laws of Hong Kong), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation, and belonging to the residents of the Residential Unit and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees as shown and delineated on the Building Plans;
Residential Motor Cycle Parking Spaces means all those two spaces situated on the Basement Level 2 of the Estate and shown and marked "RM1" and "RM2" on Plan No.DMC-01 annexed to this Deed provided or to be provided in accordance with the car park layout plan(s) approved by and deposited with the Director of Lands in accordance with Special Condition No.(29) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor cycles belonging to the residents of the Residential Units in the Estate and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees and "Residential Motor Cycle Parking Space" means any one of them .
Residential Motor Cycle Parking Spaces means all those parking spaces provided in accordance with Special Condition No. (23)(c)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor cycles belonging to the residents of the Residential Units and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees. The eight (8) Residential Motor Cycle Parking Spaces that are situated in Phase 1 are for the purpose of identification only numbered M1 – M8 on the plans nos. A/DMC/01 and A/DMC/02 annexed to this Deed, and the accuracy of which are certified by or on behalf of the Authorized Person. The total number of Residential Motor Cycle Parking Spaces provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(23)(c)(i) of the Government Grant is 20;
