Required Final Completion Date definition

Required Final Completion Date has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3C.
Required Final Completion Date means the date set forth in the Project Schedule, as such date may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the Parties in accordance with this Agreement.
Required Final Completion Date means the date that is [ ] days from Substantial Completion, as such date may be extended for any Excusable Delay or adjusted by mutual agreement of the Parties in accordance with this Agreement.

  • If Contractor timely objects to any adjustment of the Contract Sum, Required Substantial Completion Date or Required Final Completion Date as a result of a Change Directive, then, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, the disagreement shall be a Dispute and may be submitted to Dispute Resolution.

  • The cost of benefits, including NASA contributions to Social Security, retirement funds, the Thrift Savings Plan, and group health and life insurance programs should be accrued in the same manner as gross compensation.

Required Final Completion Date provided however, the requirements set out in clauses (ii), (iv) and (vii) of the definition of Final Completion in Section 1.1 shall be completed by Contractor ***.   • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.

  • Required Filing Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;
