The first payment of distribution will be made on the Distribution Payment Date next following the Distribution Commencement Date (and if the Distribution Commencement Date is not a Distribution Payment Date, will amount to the Initial Broken Amount shown on the face of such Perpetual Security).
If distribution is made in the form of an annuity, the Distribution Commencement Date is the first day of the first period for which annuity payments are made.
