  • Seller shall be responsible to obtain all applicable permits and regulatory approvals that may be required in order to develop and/or operate the Selected Project over the duration of the Contract Delivery Term.

  • Unless terminated earlier under this Article, this Agreement shall expire upon the expiration of the Contract Delivery Term.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.

  • Delivery Term has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
