Remedial Works definition

Remedial Works means the repair, maintenance, replacement and/or removal of items relating to the Works and/or Common Property affected by the Works;
Remedial Works means investigation, monitoring, treatment, clean-up, containment, remediation, removal, mitigation or restoration of or other response action with respect to any Hazardous Substances in the ground, soil, subsurface strata, surface water, sediment or groundwater before closing at any Specific Environmental Indemnity Site.
Remedial Works means any work required to remedy, fix, correct or adjust/align the Services (as detailed in an Order(s)).

  • Practical Completion the date of practical completion of the Remedial Works in accordance with the definition of "practical completion" (or equivalent) in the Contract and if there is no such definition (or equivalent) it means the date on which the Homes England is satisfied that the Remedial Works have been completed in accordance with the Funding Agreement.

  • By the Appointment, the Employer has engaged the Consultant to act in the capacity of cost consultant in relation to the completion of the Remedial Works on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the Appointment.

  • Such licence shall enable Homes England and its appointee to copy and use the Consultant's Materials for an extension of the Remedial Works but shall not include any right or licence to reproduce the designs contained in them for any extension of the Remedial Works.

  • From the amount designated for the Remedial Works and Measures Account under subsection 11.3.2 of this Article, Split Lake Cree may, in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of this Agreement and Article 11 of the Indenture, request the allocation of Capital to the O & M Reserve, the income of which shall be used to fund Operations and Maintenance of Remedial Works; and, on receipt of the certificates contemplated by those Articles, the Minister shall set aside the amounts available for that purpose.

  • The Consultant warrants that it has complied and shall comply with all of its obligations in relation to the Remedial Works as set out in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.


More Definitions of Remedial Works

Remedial Works means the works undertaken as a result of the recommendations made following a FRAEW where these relate to life critical fire safety risks Site the building(s) known as [⚫] upon which the Remedial Works are to be performed.

Remedial Works means the Secure Containment Cell, Engineered Cap and all associated infrastructure located on and off of the Site, including all groundwater monitoring wells, surface and stormwater management structures and fencing which are the end result of Domtar’s completion of the Site Remedial Activities as contemplated by the Proposed Remedial Plan, the RIP and this Order and that are required to remediate the Site;
Remedial Works means repair, maintenance, removal or replacement of the Window Safety Device and any other items installed as part of the Works, and/or Common Property affected by the Works;
