Reclaimed Water System definition

Reclaimed Water System means any plant, system, facility, or property, and any addition, extension, or improvement thereto at any future time constructed or acquired as part thereof, useful, necessary, or having the present capacity for future use in connection with the development of sources, treatment, purification, or distribution of reclaimed water. The term includes franchises of any nature relating to any such system and necessary or convenient for the operation thereof.
Reclaimed Water System means treated effluent water system that disposes of water from the Waste Water Treatment Plant;
Reclaimed Water System means all LCU owned elements that function to convey and distribute reclaimed water including all land and easements, buildings and structures, transmission and distribution pipes, reservoirs, supplemental water supply production and pumping facilities, metering equipment, equipment and machinery, and other appurtenances necessary to provide reclaimed water to Customers.

Reclaimed Water System means any or all components of the reclaimed water system managed, operated and maintained by the Town or through contracts with one (1) or more third-party contractors, including (but not limited to) recharge wells, treatment facilities, pumps, booster stations, storage tanks, storage ponds, reclaimed water mains, reclaimed water lines, hydrants, valves, and meters, as well as any public rights-of-way, easements (express or implied) or licenses within which such are located (but expressly not including reclaimed water service lines and connections thereto located on the Customer side of meters).
