Protective Clothing & Equipment. 260. Lab Coats. Lab coats will be available to employees in the City Clinic on request when undertaking activities in which protection is required. The dress standard for employees covered by this CBA shall be no higher than that required of other professionals working in the same unit of the Department. Lab coats also will be available to employees who perform activities such as blood drawing, PPD skin testing and/or any specimen collection and in which protection is required.
