Shareholders Resolution definition

Shareholders Resolution means a resolution adopted by votes of shareholders of the Company at a General Meeting.
Shareholders Resolution shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
Shareholders Resolution has the meaning assigned to it in Section 5.2.

More Definitions of Shareholders Resolution

Shareholders Resolution shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(a) hereof.
