The Trust Indenture Act. If any provision hereof limits, qualifies or conflicts with any other provision hereof that is required to be included in this Indenture by any of the provisions of the TIA, such required provision shall control.
The Trust Indenture Act. This Indenture is not qualified under the TIA, and the TIA shall not apply to or in any way govern the terms of this Indenture, including Section 316(b) thereof. No provisions of the TIA are incorporated into this Indenture.

This Supplemental Indenture is subject to the provisions of the TIA that are required to be part of the Indenture and shall, to the extent applicable, be governed by such provisions. If any provision in this Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with another provision hereof which is required to be included herein by any provisions of the TIA, such required provision shall control.

This Second Supplemental Indenture is subject to the provisions of the TIA that are required to be a part of the Indenture and shall, to the extent applicable, be governed by such provisions. If any provision in this Second Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with another provision hereof which is required to be included herein by any provision of the TIA, such required provision shall prevail.
The Trust Indenture Act. If, and to the extent, that any provision of this First Supplemental Indenture limits, qualifies or conflicts with another provision included in this First Supplemental Indenture or in the Indenture, which is required to be included in this First Supplemental Indenture or the Indenture by the Trust Indenture Act of 1939, as amended (the “TIA”), such required provision of the TIA shall control.
