Project Phase 2 definition

Project Phase 2 means Project Phase 2A and Project Phase 2B of any Collaboration Program in which any Therapy developed or identified during Project Phase 1 are further developed with a goal of meeting the Clinical Development Candidate Criteria;
Project Phase 2 means the Lynnwood Place Project Phase 2, as specified in the 174 Binding Site Plan as Lot 2 and Lot 3, dated Month Day, 0000, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Design 175 Guidelines Mixed-Use, as dated Month Day, 2014, and PDR Applications prepared by the 176 Developer and approved by the City, as may be amended or revised from time-to-time, and 177 which are incorporated herein by reference. The Project Phase 2 contains information regarding 178 the improvements, type and configuration of all other new structures, land uses, infrastructure 179 improvements, and site improvements, and the phasing and timing of the construction of all 180 Project Phase 2 improvements. 181
Project Phase 2 means the second phase of the Project, to be developed on the west side of State Road 7 and as shown on the Pre-Development Plan and described in Exhibit A-2 attached hereto, which phase is comprised of (i) a portion of the Apartment Component and related amenities, (ii) a portion of the Commercial Component, and (iii) those portions of the Parking Component, roads, and necessary infrastructure to support the foregoing.

Related to Project Phase 2

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Phase 1 means the first implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2018 and ending May 31, 2022.

  • Phase 2 means the second implementation phase of this section, beginning June 1, 2022 and continuing thereafter.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project.   • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States. Phase III shall also include any other human clinical trial intended to serve as a pivotal trial to support the submission of an application for regulatory approval.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.
