Necessary Infrastructure means infrastructure as required under the norms of concerned Statutory Body/Commission.

If Stilo provides other utilities to Xxxxxx or TenX (including, by way of example, internet service and natural gas) such additional utilities shall be included within the meaning of Necessary Infrastructure and shall be provided pursuant to Section 5(d) of this First Amendment. Stilo and the Town shall work cooperatively in order to obtain internet service to Xxxxxx, TenX and the Town Housing Parcels.
