Proprietary Material definition

Proprietary Material shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.
Proprietary Material shall have the meaning set forth in subsection 12(a).
Proprietary Material means any and all (i) molecules and/or reagents owned by, licensed to or otherwise proprietary to Company, and (ii) derivatives, modifications, improvements, fragments, metabolites, analogs or homologs thereof, which could not have been discovered or made but for the use of Proprietary Materials.

  • The Contractor shall retain all title, copyright, patent and other proprietary rights to all Proprietary Material and to all copies thereof.

Proprietary Material means, in respect of the City, the City Proprietary Material and, in respect of the Vendor, the Vendor Proprietary Material.
