Among other uses, the data derived from monitoring and experience, including required biennial traffic monitoring, environmental clean-up progress, the pace of physical and economic development, the mix of uses, the success of mitigating measures, and public input and other analyses will be used by the Project Coordinators to propose amendments to this Agreement, including any needed changes in the sequence of Arterial Streets.
In the event of any dispute as to the interpretation or application of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, the Port and the City, through their Project Coordinators, shall meet within ten (10) days after the receipt of a written request from any party for the purpose of attempting in good faith to resolve the dispute.
