Future Project definition

Future Project means any Private Improvements that will be constructed in the future not specifically detailed in this Agreement.

Future Project shall not include, however, the Project which is the subject of the Operating Agreement.

Future Project has the meaning set forth in Recital D to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Future Project

Future Project means any apartment project constructed by WPHC, WRPT or an Affiliate of them (provided that WPHC or WRPT directly or indirectly owns 50% or more of such Affiliate), which project is constructed on the Master Development Land. "Future Project" shall not include, however, the Project which is the subject of the Operating Agreement.

Future Project means each Qualified Project for which a Project Loan will be made hereunder after the Initial Closing Date.

Future Project means any producing mining project owned by a Credit Party that is not a producing mining project as at the date of this Agreement.

Future Project means (a) any facility for the production of Refined Coal developed by Developer or any of its Affiliates after the Effective Date * or (b) a facility for which Developer or any of its Affiliates has previously utilized the Section 45 Credits generated from the production of Refined Coal therefrom pursuant to (a) for its or their (as applicable) own account but intends to no longer so utilize or to dispose or otherwise transfer such Section 45 Credits or its or their (as applicable) economic interest therein.

Future Project means the development, acquisition, owning or agreement to operate by Agro Power or any of its Affiliates, of any greenhouse facility at which fruit or vegetables are grown and which is developed, acquired, or first owned or operated after the date hereof, wherever located, other than the projects described on Schedule 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Future Project means the construction, development and completion of any Future Project Improvements or other Alterations to all or any portion of the Property (other than the Timeshare Project Property), including (without limitation) the repair, renovation, replacement and/or installation of FF&E and any other Capital Expenditures at the Property (other than the Timeshare Project Property), in each case where the reasonably estimated amount of total Project Costs to be incurred in connection with such Future Project, together with the estimated amount of costs reasonably expected to be incurred in connection with all other Alterations with respect to all or any portion of the Property (other than the Timeshare Project Property) that would reasonably be considered to constitute a single project or group of related projects then being conducted or contemplated, shall exceed $2,500,000 in the aggregate, in each case as more particularly described in the applicable Project Documents relating to such Future Project, and all activities in furtherance thereof.

Future Project means each of the properties identified on Schedule 1.1.D.
