Product Attachment definition

Product Attachment means an Attachment setting forth requirements, terms and conditions specific or applicable to one or more Products, including certain provisions that must be included in a provider agreement under the Regulatory Requirements, which may be alternatives to, or in addition to, the requirements, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement or the Provider Manual.
Product Attachment means Attachments A through G of the Statement of Work and Exhibit 1 to Supplement 1 of the Statement of Work to this Agreement which describes the details of a specific transaction or series of transactions. Product Attachments are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement.
Product Attachment means additional Product-specific terms and conditions set forth in one or more documents referenced in the applicable Schedule.

Examples of Product Attachment in a sentence

  • Where a party has the right to terminate this Agreement, such party may at its discretion either terminate the entire Agreement or the applicable Product Attachment or Schedule; provided however, that termination of a Product Attachment will automatically terminate all Schedules entered into pursuant to such Product Attachment.

  • Each Schedule incorporates the terms of these General Terms and the applicable Product Attachment.
