Place of service definition

Place of service means anywhere the patient is located at the time a telehealth service is provided, and includes telehealth services provided to a patient located at the patient’s home or office, or a clinic, school, or workplace.

Place of service. We will arrange to repair or replace the Bicycle during normal business hours. You will be responsible for delivery or shipment, prepaid and insured, of the Bicycle to Our authorized service facility for repair or replacement.   • place of worship means that part of a building or structure that is exempt from taxation as a place of worship under the Assessment Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. A.31, as amended, or any successor thereof;
