Place of service definition

Place of service means anywhere the patient is located at the time a telehealth service is provided, and includes telehealth services provided to a patient located at the patient’s home or office, or a clinic, school, or workplace.
Place of service. We will arrange to repair or replace the Bicycle during normal business hours. You will be responsible for delivery or shipment, prepaid and insured, of the Bicycle to Our authorized service facility for repair or replacement. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: The total amount that we will pay for repairs made in connection with all claims that you make pursuant to this Service Agreement shall not exceed the purchase price of the Bicycle, less taxes. In the event that We make payments for repairs, which in the aggregate, are equal to the Purchase Price or We replace the Bicycle with a new, rebuilt or refurbished Bicycle of equal features and functionality from the same manufacturer of the original Bicycle, We will have no further obligations under this Service Agreement. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROPERTY DAMAGE or, LOST TIME, RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF ANY BICYCLE OR EQUIPMENT OR FROM DELAYS IN SERVICE OR THE INABILITY TO RENDER SERVICE.
Place of service. Provision" means the Client's registered office or other place or places indicated in the Agreement, where the Services will be performed; "Service / Services" means the services related to the Equipment provided by Eidotech as a part of the organisation of artistic exhibitions and other events, including in particu- lar technical planning, Installation and uninstallation of the Equipment, packing of the Equipment after uninstallation, technical support and assistance in the field of service, removal of malfunctions, defects and the Equipment's operation disturbances; "Work of Art" means a single artistic work as intended by its author, although it may consist of many elements and pieces of the Equipment;
