Lost Data definition
Lost Data means the Stored Data that are lost or destroyed during Safe Storage, unless at the Subscriber's request or due to the termination of the Contract.
Lost Data means the loss or theft of electronic records which contain Personally Identifiable Information for the purpose of the Insured’s Professional Services but does not include the destruction of such data.
Examples of Lost Data in a sentence
Upon any termination, discontinuation, or cancellation of these Terms of Use, the following provisions of these Terms of Use will survive: Rights, Indemnity, Privacy Policy, Lost Data, Accessing, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Equitable Remedies, Jurisdiction and Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, Waiver, Assignment, Severability, Entire Agreement; and this sentence of Termination.
