Phase II Improvements definition

Phase II Improvements means the corporate headquarters facility described in the applicable Plans and Specifications and located on the Phase II Land Interest, together with all other Improvements existing on or with respect to the Phase II Land Interest on the Land Interest Acquisition Date therefor.
Phase II Improvements is defined in Section 1.03(D)(1)(g).
Phase II Improvements means all construction, alterations, changes and improvements required to be made by the landlord under a Phase II Lease.

  • All roads necessary for the full utilization of the Phase I and Phase II Improvements for their intended purposes have been completed and have been dedicated to the public use and accepted by the appropriate Governmental Authority.

  • All utility services of sufficient size and capacity necessary for the construction of both the Phase I and Phase II Improvements and the use thereof for their intended purposes are available at the property line(s) of the Land for connection to the Phase I or Phase II Improvements, including potable water, storm and sanitary sewer, gas, electric and telephone facilities.

  • The benefits of this Agreement shall not inure to any third party, nor shall this Agreement be construed to make or render Lender liable to any materialmen, subcontractors, contractors, laborers or others for goods and materials supplied or work and labor furnished in connection with the construction of either the Phase I or Phase II Improvements or for debts or claims accruing to any such persons or entities against Borrower.


More Definitions of Phase II Improvements

Phase II Improvements means that portion of the improvements constructed on the Property contiguous to and becoming part of the Mall in the future in addition to those building improvements currently under construction pursuant to existing Plans and Specifications.
Phase II Improvements shall be defined as those improvements that shall result in a 2-lane urban arterial paved roadway from Old Kings Road to Palm Harbor Parkway. Specifically, the Phase II Improvements shall consist of: 1) ROW that extends through the Phase I Improvements, connecting the Phase I Improvements to Palm Harbor Parkway south of Xxxxx Xxxx; 2) ROW that extends through the Palm Harbor Parkway east right of way within the Plat, connecting the completed Phase I Improvements to Matanzas Xxxxx Parkway and Old Kings Road, as depicted on Exhibit D.
Phase II Improvements. A second office building consisting of 77,500 square feet of space to be constructed on the Mortgaged Property, together with all amenities, which shall be constructed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications and which shall be funded out of the loan proceeds of this Loan PROVIDED the conditions of Lender are met in accordance with this Agreement (the "Phase II Conditions").
Phase II Improvements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2 of this Ageement.
Phase II Improvements means those improvements of the Phase II Project identified in the Project and Financing Plan.
Phase II Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Phase II Improvements excluding parking, shall have a minimum square footage of 500,000 total square feet reduced by the amount of the total square footage, excluding parking, of the Phase I Improvements.
