Period of Residence definition

Period of Residence means periods so defined or recognised by the legislation under which they were completed or considered as completed;
Period of Residence means the Term Time periods, excluding holiday periods between the commencement and expiry dates of the Licence Agreement as specified in Clause 3.5. Where accommodation is in Halls of Residence the period of residence is from 7.00 PM on Sunday night to 4.00 PM on Friday afternoon.
Period of Residence means the period selected by You for the full academic year.

Examples of Period of Residence in a sentence

  • Period of Residence Means the period starting and ending on the dates specified in the Agreement Summary (unless the Agreement ends earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement) which does not include the Summer vacation period.

  • You must vacate the Accommodation and remove all of your personal possessions from it by 10:00am on the last day of the Period of Residence.
