Examples of Discharge Date in a sentence
Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreements contained herein, the indemnification and reimbursement obligations contained herein (including pursuant to Sections 2.14 (Increased Costs), 2.15 (Compensation for Losses), 2.16 (Taxes), 8.05 (Indemnification) and 9.05 (Expenses; Indemnity)) shall survive the Discharge Date, the invalidity or unenforceability of any term or provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document and the resignation of any Agent.
The Secured Parties irrevocably authorize the Collateral Agent, at its option and in its discretion, (a) to release any Lien on any Collateral upon the occurrence of the Discharge Date applicable to such Secured Parties and in the circumstances set forth in Section 9.17 (Release of Liens); and (b) to release any Subsidiary from its obligations under the Loan Documents if such Person ceases to be a Subsidiary as a result of a transaction permitted hereunder.
