The Contract ends. 10.2.1 upon arrival of the final term, if the Buyer does not wish the extension of the Contract pursuant to clause 10.1; 10.2.2 upon written agreement of the Parties; 10.2.3 upon ordinary or extraordinary termination of the Contract due to reasons stated in the standard conditions and/or legislation on the basis of the application of one Party; 10.2.4 upon expiry of the network contract.

  • THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Contract Documents consist of the State-Contractor Agreement, the Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary and other Conditions), the Drawings, the Specifications, and all Addenda issued prior to bid opening and any Change Orders after execution of the Contract.

  • CONTRACT COMPLETE This Contract represents the complete agreement between the parties. No other understanding regarding this Contract, whether written or oral, may be used to bind either party. For any conflict between the attached Proposal and the terms set out in Articles 1-22 of this Contract, the terms of Articles 1-22 will govern.

  • THE CONTRACT PRICE A. This Contract is an indefinite-quantity contract for construction work and services. The Estimated Annual Value of this Contract is $2,000,000. This is only an estimate and may increase or decrease at the discretion of Sourcewell. B. The Contractor shall perform any or all Tasks in the Construction Task Catalog for the Unit Price appearing therein multiplied by the following Adjustment Factors:

  • 190 Contract Complete This contract is the final expression of the Parties' agreement. There are no understandings, agreements, or representations, expressed or implied, which are not specified in this contract.
