Period of Hire definition

Period of Hire means from the time of commencement until the time of expiry of the period of hire as defined by Condition 3.
Period of Hire means the period during which Booked Periods have been reserved for the Hirer.
Period of Hire means the period commencing from delivery of the Equipment to the Customer and ending upon the removal of the Equipment from the Site.

  • This must also include cover for 3rd party property damage caused through the actions of the Hirer, his servants or guests during the Period of Hire.

  • Where a Hirer does not have an approved Credit Account, before the Period of Hire begins the Hirer shall pay the minimum hire charge and a deposit of value specified from time to time to be calculated in accordance with the Suppliers list prices ruling, which will be held as security until the return in good order of the equipment hired and the payment of all sums due.

More Definitions of Period of Hire

Period of Hire means the period from the Delivery Date until the Equipment has been dismantled and removed from the Site.
Period of Hire means the period during which, under the contract for hire of the premises, the Hirer is entitled to use the premises; and
Period of Hire means the period for which the Equipment is hired by the Hirer as specified in the Offer to Hire Form, being the period commencing on the delivery of the Equipment to the Site, being the Delivery Address as stated in the Offer to Hire Form and expiring on the Collection Date as stated in the Offer to Hire Form.
