Period of Hire definition

Period of Hire means from the time of commencement until the time of expiry of the period of hire as defined by Condition 3.
Period of Hire means the period during which Booked Periods have been reserved for the Hirer.

Examples of Period of Hire in a sentence

  • The Hirer must ensure that a suitable first aid kit is provided for use by such person during the Period of Hire.

  • The Hirer’s possession of the Equipment (upon delivery) will be as a bailee for the Period of Hire and thereafter at will.

  • The Owner will not be liable for any acts or omissions of the Operator where they are acting under the direction and control of the Customer during the Period of Hire.

  • Subject to these Conditions, risk in, and liability for loss or damage to, Plant supplied by the Owner to the Hirer shall pass to the Hirer at the time of commencement of the Period of Hire.

  • The Hirer shall pay the costs of transport of the Plant from the Owner’s depot or equivalent to the Hirer’s site or other delivery location and also return to the Owner’s depot or equivalent on expiry of the Period of Hire.


More Definitions of Period of Hire

Period of Hire means the period from the Delivery Date until the Equipment has been dismantled and removed from the Site.
Period of Hire means the period for which the Equipment is hired by the Hirer as specified in the Offer to Hire Form, being the period commencing on the delivery of the Equipment to the Site, being the Delivery Address as stated in the Offer to Hire Form and expiring on the Collection Date as stated in the Offer to Hire Form.
Period of Hire means the period of hire as detailed in the order form for this Hire Agreement.
