Commencement of Business. 2.1 The business of the Company may be commenced as soon after incorporation of the Company as the Directors shall see fit.
Commencement of Business. A. Distributor agrees to obtain, prior to commencement of its distribution business, pursuant to this Agreement, all licenses, approvals, inspections, permits or any other certification which may be required by any competent public authority for the lawful operation of its business and to keep the same in good standing during the term hereof.
Commencement of Business. The commencement of the Trust’s business and the sale of the Units to the Initial Purchaser pursuant to the Initial Purchaser Agreement shall commence at such time as the Managing Owner shall determine.

The Franchisor will extend the time within which the Marketer has to commence operations for a reasonable period of time, in the event that factors beyond the Marketer's reasonable control prevent the Marketer from meeting this development schedule, so long as the Marketer has made reasonable and continuing efforts to comply and the Marketer requests in writing, an extension of time in which to have its Business established before the development period lapses. The obligations of the Marketer, including Sales Services, shall commence at the earlier of the date the Marketer or its Principal Owner has satisfactorily completed the Franchisor's initial training program or 120 days from the date of this Agreement.

Commencement of Business. The Corporation is authorized to commence business as soon as its certificate of Incorporation has been filed.
Commencement of Business. Distributor must enter into its first Supply Contract or obtain at least one purchase order for Products within 180 days after the Effective Date. If Distributor intends to manufacture Products pursuant to a Manufacturing Agreement but Distributor is not in a position to deliver manufactured Products to Customers in accordance with the terms of the Supply Contract or any purchase order before the expiration of the 180 day period, Licensor shall arrange for Distributor to be able to purchase Products from Licensor or another authorized manufacturer at wholesale prices for a reasonable period of time to enable Distributor to fulfill such Products orders. Distributor may not begin marketing, promoting or selling Products before: (i) Distributor’s officers and employees complete the initial training program; (ii) Distributor purchases all required insurance; and (iii) Distributor obtains all required licenses, permits and other governmental approvals.
Commencement of Business. The existence of the Company commence as of the date of filing of the Company’s Articles of Organization with the Division and shall continue thereafter until terminated as provided herein. For purposes of this Section 1.03, the Articles of Organization of the Company shall be deemed filed with the Division on the date indicated by the Division as part of its stamp or seal on the original Articles of Organization which are filed with the office of the Division.
