The parties hereto agree that the security interest Granted to the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, by the Borrower shall be automatically released and discharged upon the Collection Date.
The Borrower shall, not earlier than six months prior to the expiration of, and not later than the expiration of, each financing statement filed pursuant to this Agreement or in connection with any Advance hereunder, unless the Collection Date shall have occurred, authorize and deliver and file or cause to be filed an appropriate continuation statement with respect to such financing statement.
