Collection Date definition

Collection Date. The date following the Termination Date on which the Aggregate Unpaids have been reduced to zero and indefeasibly paid in full.
Collection Date means the date on which the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Advances have been repaid in full and all Interest and fees and all other Obligations (other than contingent indemnification and reimbursement obligations which are unknown, unmatured and/or for which no claim giving rise thereto has been asserted) have been paid in full, and the Borrower shall have no further right to request any additional Advances.

Collection Date means the date following the Termination Date on which all Advances Outstanding have been reduced to zero, the Lenders have received all accrued Interest, fees, and all other amounts owing to them under this Agreement and the Hedging Agreement, the Hedge Counterparties have received all amounts due and owing hereunder and under the Hedge Transactions, and each of the Backup Servicer, the Collateral Custodian, the Administrative Agent and the Managing Agents have each received all amounts due to them in connection with the Transaction Documents.
