Performance-based Grant definition

Performance-based Grant means an Option or Stock Appreciation Right granted to a “covered employee” (as defined in Code Section 162(m)(3)) that the Administrator designates as a “Performance Based Grant.” Provided, that nothing in the Plan shall be construed to prevent the issuance of Options or other rights to such “covered employees” that are not Performance Based Grants if the Administrator so elects.
Performance-based Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made out of the proceeds of the Credit by the Recipient to a Participating Financial Intermediary for the purpose of financing a Performance Based Sub-project.
Performance-based Grant means a Performance-based Grant under Part B.2(c) of the Project, and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit.

Examples of Performance-based Grant in a sentence

  • The Recipient shall ensure that each of the Project Implementing Entities shall only use the proceeds of the Performance-based Grant for financing Eligible Expenditures (as defined in Section IV, paragraph A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement) under Part A.1 of the Project.

  • Upon each said LGU meeting the performance targets set forth in the Performance-based Grant Agreement between DA and such LGU as certified by DOF’s Bureau of Local Government Finance, the Borrower will provide a Performance-based Grant, as provided in Category (3) of paragraph 2 of Section IV of Schedule 2, to the LGU in an amount equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of cost of said LGU’s Sub-project.

More Definitions of Performance-based Grant

Performance-based Grant or “PBG” means a performance-based grant to be provided under Part 2.2 of the Project for a PBG Sub-project to be carried out by a PBG Beneficiary, and “PBGs” means more than one such PBG.
Performance-based Grant means a grant made by the Recipient through NDRC to a Project Implementing Entity out of the proceeds of the Grant to finance Eligible Expenditures under Part A.1 of the Project in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 4 and 5 of Section I of Schedule 2 to this Agreement and the provisions in the Disbursement Letter for the Grant issued by the World Bank to the Recipient of the same date as this Agreement, and “Performance-based Grants” means, collectively, the plural thereof.
Performance-based Grant or “PB Grant” means a grant under Part 1.2(i) of the Project, awarded to a Technical Training Institute, in accordance with Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Performance-based Grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by ECREEE to a Stage 2 Solar Company or Stage 3 Solar Company (as such terms are hereinafter defined) for the purposes of financing all or a portion of the expenditures incurred by said Stage 2 Solar Company or Stage 3 Solar Company under Part 1.D of the Project for goods, services and works under a Sub-Project upon the successful move into a challenging market.
Performance-based Grant or “PBG” means a grant provided or to be provided to an eligible mini-grid operator Beneficiary or an SAS company Beneficiary who shall have met the section criteria set out in the PIM for carrying out Part 1.2 or Part 2.1 of the Project pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Sub-financing Agreement (as defined below); and the term “Performance-Based Grants” means the plural thereof.
Performance-based Grant means a grant to be made available to an Eligible DWSSP under Part 3.1 of the Project, conditioned on the achievement of performance requirements by the respective Eligible DWSSPs in accordance with the Performance-based Grant Agreement.
Performance-based Grant means a Capacity Building Grant, a Minimum Conditions Capital Infrastructure Grant or a Performance Measures Capital Infrastructure Grant, as the case may be.
