Other Share-Based Awards means Awards consisting of Share units, or other Awards, valued in whole or in part by reference to, or otherwise based on, Shares.

Non-statutory Share Options, Restricted Shares, Share Appreciation Rights, Performance Units, Performance Shares, Restricted Share Units, and Other Share-Based Awards may be granted to Service Providers.
