Other Share-Based Awards means any other awards not specifically described in the Plan that are valued in whole or in part by reference to, or are otherwise based on, Shares and are created by the Administrator pursuant to Section 12 of this Plan.

Other Share-Based Awards means Awards consisting of Share units, or other Awards, valued in whole or in part by reference to, or otherwise based on, Common Stock, other than Options, SARs, Restricted Stock and RSUs.

Other Share-Based Awards means awards of Shares, and other awards valued wholly or partially by referring to, or are otherwise based on, Shares or other property.

Other Share-Based Awards means a right or other interest granted to a Participant under the Plan that may be denominated or payable in, valued in whole or in part by reference to, or otherwise based on or related to, Shares, including but not limited to restricted units, distribution equivalent rights, LTIP Units or performance units, each of which may be subject to the attainment of performance goals or a period of continued employment or other terms or conditions as permitted under the Plan.

Other Share-Based Awards means awards of Shares, and other awards valued wholly or partially by referring to, or are otherwise based on, Shares or other property, including the appreciation in value thereof (e.g., options or share rights with an exercise price or strike price less than 100% of the Fair Market Value at the time of grant), that may be granted either alone or in addition to Awards provided for under Section 5 and Section 6.

Other Share-Based Awards means other Awards of Ordinary Shares, and other Awards that are valued in whole or in part by reference to, or are otherwise based on, Ordinary Shares or other property.

Other Share-Based Awards means Other Share-Based Awards granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 10.2.
