Performance Stock definition

Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

Performance Stock means the right to receive from Newmont Mining Common Stock or restricted stock units under terms and conditions defined in a restricted stock unit or other award agreement, as determined by the Compensation Committee.

Performance Stock means an Award that entitles the recipient to receive Shares, without payment, following the attainment of designated Performance Goals.

Examples of Performance Stock in a sentence

• The actual number of shares of Class A Common Stock to be issued upon vesting of such Performance Stock Units will be determined based on, and will be contingent upon, the achievement of certain pre-established performance metrics, as determined by the Compensation Committee of the Company's Board of Directors, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

• Each Performance Stock Unit represents the contingent right to receive, upon vesting and settlement, up to one share of Class A Common Stock.
