Eligible Expenditures definition

Eligible Expenditures means expenditures in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan allocated from time to time to the eligible Categories in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement; and
Eligible Expenditures means the expenditures for goods, works and services referred to in Section 2.02 of this Agreement;
Eligible Expenditures means the expenditures for goods, works and consultants’ services referred to in Section 2.02 of this Agreement;

Examples of Eligible Expenditures in a sentence

  • The Borrower may withdraw the proceeds of the Loan in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions, this Section, and such additional instructions as the Bank shall specify by notice to the Borrower (including the “World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Projects” dated May 2006, as revised from time to time by the Bank and as made applicable to this Agreement pursuant to such instructions), to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

  • The Borrower may withdraw the proceeds of the Loan in accordance with the provisions of this Section and such additional instructions as the Bank shall specify by notice to the Borrower to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

  • The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of this Section and such additional instructions as the Bank may specify by notice to the Recipient, to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

  • The Recipient may withdraw the proceeds of the Financing in accordance with the provisions of this Section and such additional instructions as the Association may specify by notice to the Recipient, to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.

  • The Borrower may withdraw the proceeds of the Loan in accordance with the provisions of Article II of the General Conditions, this Section, and such additional instructions as the Bank may specify by notice to the Borrower (including the “World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for Projects” dated May 2006, as revised from time to time by the Bank and as made applicable to this Agreement pursuant to such instructions), to finance Eligible Expenditures as set forth in the table in paragraph 2 below.


More Definitions of Eligible Expenditures

Eligible Expenditures means the costs in respect of the Project that the Recipient has incurred and paid and that are eligible for payment under the terms and conditions of the Agreement, and that are further described in Schedule “E” (Eligible Expenditures and Ineligible Expenditures).
Eligible Expenditures means expenditures in respect of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan allocated from time to time to the Eligible Categories in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;
Eligible Expenditures means the expenditures for goods, works and services referred to in Section 2.02 (a) of this Agreement and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Credit allocated from time to time to the Special Account;
Eligible Expenditures means the expenditures for goods, works, consultants’ and other services, Research Grants, Scholarship Grants and Endowment Fund contributions referred to in Section 2.02 of this Agreement;
Eligible Expenditures means those expenditures described as eligible in Schedule C.
Eligible Expenditures means those costs of the Project incurred by the Recipient and eligible for reimbursement by Canada as set out in Schedule A (Eligible and Ineligible Expenditures).
Eligible Expenditures means expenditures in respect of the reasonable cost of works, goods and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing allocated from time to time to the eligible Categories in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement; and
